Hidrostal opts for AxFlow for UK process industry distribution

Hidrostal has signalled its plans for a renewed sales activity in the process and industrial sectors with the appointment of AxFlow Limited as a key UK supplier for distributing the company's range of screw centrifugal pumps.
Said a Hidrostal spokesperson:
"AxFlow are the UK’s largest distributor of process pumps with a major presence in this area along with a network of well-established service support facilities throughout the UK.
"Hidrostal believe that AxFlow’s process expertise will open up new opportunities and applications for their pumps within the marketplace."
Addition of Hidrostal’s screw centrifugal pumps to AxFlow’s portfolio enabled AxFlow to provide a low shear pump design. This would be capable of handling liquids with high solid contents for medium to large transfer volumes and in situations with low NPSHa, said the firm.
Hidrostal's screw centrifugal impeller is designed to handle a range of solids and viscous liquids with an emphasis on non-clogging for wastewater treatments.
