Global leader acquires UK fire safety company

Jensen Hughes, the international security and risk-based engineering company, has acquired the UK and Irish-based fire safety consultancy Jeremy Gardner Associates (JGA).
The purchaser, which recently opened a London office, is seeking to expand its presence in the European market.

“They share a similar culture and mindset around safety, security and risk mitigation for their clients, and we look forward to bringing additional fire and life safety-related capabilities to the UK and Ireland in the coming years.”
Founded in 1993, JGA has a staff of 70 including 55 fire protection engineers and has completed more 6,000 completed projects across Europe.
