UK-developed ShireSystem is designed to be a maintenance and facility management software system that is easy-to-use, scaleable and available on-premise or Cloud.
It allows users to gain control of their assets, maintain visibility across the business and keep on top of work orders and teams, says the company.
The modular solution provides the ability to start small for rapid deployment and add on functionality as requirements grow.
The newly-released Resource Planner module boasts the following:
- Drag and drop functionality for work orders, within the new Outlook style calendar to schedule and reassign workloads
- Setup shifts and staff availability for teams or set globally
- New ‘Staff Suitability’ feature suggests team members based on location, trade and shift availability
