Atlas Group purchases Anglian Compressors

Anglian Compressors & Equipment, the Cambridgeshire-based compressed air distributor, has been acquired by the Atlas Copco Group.
It will join the service division within Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area.
Based in Peterborough, Anglian was founded in 1977 and now has 28 employees serving the food & beverage, agritech, digital technologies, energy & environment and general manufacturing sectors andfocused on sustainability and the environment.
“Anglian Compressors & Equipment showcases strong sales and service presence in the East of England which will open additional opportunities for us,” said Ariel Rubinstein, general manager, Atlas Copco Compressors UK & Ireland.
The acquisition price for the company has not been disclosed.
