Dosing options

The current offering is diverse and includes low flow precise stepper motor driven dosing pumps, traditional cost effective solenoid dosing pumps and an extended range of diaphragm dosing pumps driven by IE4 level (>90%) energy efficient motors with flows to 1000 lph.

Control options include manual, pulse, 4-20mA with display of dose rate, remote start/stop, alarm signals and optional Ethernet. Chemical dosing pumps with larger flows to 8000 lph and pressures to 400 bar are also available.

Chlorine gas dosing equipment, Cl2, pH and redox controllers complete the offering.

Drum pumps for safely transferring fluids & flowmeters for batching are available in PP, PVDF, Hastalloy C, Aluminium and 316SS with a variety of motors including ATEX and air.

Offering a touch screen display with a multi lingual operating menu, they can be mobile on a drum pump or in stationary fixed process line application and suitable for flow rates from 10 l/min to 120 l/min with accuracy to +/-1%.

In addition there are safety and monitoring functions, a simple to use calibration feature and an integrated help function.

Available in plastic (PPO) or metal (SS, HC), an ATEX version will also be available soon.

Coupled to a drum pump & solenoid valve & Lutz nozzle kit, you have a batching system that can be used for manual container filling from larger containers such as IBCs into 5L carboys or smaller volume bottles.

This same equipment (excluding the nozzle kit) can be remotely actuated to automate accurate dispensing into a process line.

Alternatively, the flowmeter can be used for standalone flow measurement
