1. At Synthesis we take privacy very seriously. Throughout the data collection process, all necessary steps are taken to ensure that data is used only according to the purposes that Synthesis has clearly stated.

7. Users can access the data held on them by processengineering.co.uk by contacting Synthesis in writing or by e-mail, subject to a nominal charge of £10, as authorised by the Act, to cover administration costs.

8. Users’ details may be transferred to another Synthesis company or to the new owner if ownership of processengineering.co.uk changes.

12. Synthesis reserves the right to update and change this Privacy Policy at any time. However, Synthesis will not use information submitted by a User under this current notice in a way not currently described herein without also notifying the User of such change, and giving the User an opportunity to opt-out, or otherwise prevent that new use of your information.
