Efficient plunger pumps range

Leading UK manufacturer Hughes Pumps’ range of positive displacement plunger pumps are typically 95% volumetrically and 90% mechanically efficient, making them the most efficient type of pump available.
The pumps can also be driven with variable speed electric motors allowing a 5 to 1 turndown, which further reduces power consumption.
Pumps to 3000bar (43,500psi), 806lpm (217usgpm) with power ratings from 30 to 375kW (40 to 500hp) are designed for applications including water jet cleaning and cutting, pipeline flushing and pressure testing, pumping water, chemicals and crude oil (API 674).
