Digital pH sensors suit the application

According to Endress + Hauser, its new MemoSens digital pH sensor is the first to allow process information to be saved directly within the sensor.
The inductive two-way data transfer between sensor and transmitter guarantees interference-free measurement signals.
The MemoSens sensors can be precalibrated under optimum conditions in the laboratory, and then simply replaced at the measuring point.
Their non-contact plug-in connection and bayonet lock gives complete galvanic isolation - eliminating problems such as moisture ingress, leakages, corrosion and handling problems.
Thanks to their integrated circuit boards, the sensors identify themselves within the application; each measuring point recognises its individual sensor, providing a significant reduction in downtime.
Details such as manufacturing data, current sensor properties and sensor history can all be recorded on the circuit board and used as a basis for predictive maintenance.
