Explosion proof pump

An explosion proof CR85 pump has been developed by Charles Austen Pumps which is certified to the enclosure group class 2C, allowing it to be used in hydrogen atmospheres and other potentially explosive situations.
The pumps which are continuously rated have optional features allowing the pump to handle air plus a wide range of corrosive and flammable gases.
Charles Austen Pumps claim the pump is quiet and will exceed most requirements, with standard performance being 17l/min flow, 2.8bar pressure and 540mmHg vacuum. Performance can however be increased or decreased using optional components.
