All-in-one processing units

`The processing unit of the future.' That's what Fryma-Maschinen calls its Frymix system, to be seen on stand H39/J41 in Hall 5. More precisely, the company says the Frymix is a new and revolutionary all-in-one vacuum mixing and homogenising unit, with an automatic processing system consisting of homogeniser, mixer and diffuser cone.
The heart of the patented system is a toothed colloid mill that has an infinitely adjustable dispersing, emulsifying and grinding set, and a slowly counter-rotating stator. Running clockwise, the machine disperses: running anticlockwise, it homogenises.
The diffuser cone acts as a thin-layer deaeration system. Making maximum use of the whole heat exchanger surface, it guides the product upwards and sprays it against the vessel walls. A slowly rotating, dual-phase scraper/stirrer system - that can also run backwards and forwards - guarantees that products are accurately made to recipe, because even splashes of the product that get caught up on the vessel lid are removed and returned to the batch in process.
The basic Frymix equipment can be fitted with one of several modules to suit the application: a turbo-homogeniser module; a jet-stream mixer; a dissolver module; and a Sinus mixer module.
