Esteve's range of ingredients control and handling systems, for solids and liquids, is available in the UK from Record Pelkman.
Esteve designs loss-in-weight systems which can handle powdered and chilled blocks of yeast, malt and sugar, and fluids such as water and honey.
Record Pelkman says that all Esteve's industrial systems for storage and processing can be integrated into existing lines.
Esteve also has expertise in programming. Software to control ingredients handling facilities can be tailored to each customer's IT system. The company recently developed a recipe management programme based on Windows 95, which can be dedicated to a factory's requirements.
Pelkman offers reconditioning and maintenance services for ingredients-handling installations, and a technical support hotline.
