Designed for small and medium-sized dairies, the REDA 25T self-cleaning centrifugal separator from Wincanton Engineering can be cleaned-in-place.
It can handle capacities of up to 2500 l/h for milk separation and up to 3500 l/h for whey separation, standardising and clarifying.
The 25T's solid stainless steel bowl can separate the smallest size of fat globules and provides both continuous feed and discharge, as well as automatic sludge discharge for maximum process flexibility.
