CR Range Extension

The Grundfos CR family are multistage centrifugal pumps with a vertical in-line design – i.e. with the suction and discharge ports at the same level. This design was actually invented by Grundfos in 1973 and has proved itself to be a popular and reliable choice for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.

Today the CR line-up is the most extensive in-line pump family on the market. With many innovative features unique to Grundfos, CR pumps provide superior reliability and the lowest possible cost of ownership.

The number of variants available from this one family with its 11 flow sizes and hundreds of pressure sizes, added to the four basic material types brings the possible number of configurations available from the CR family to nearly one million!

Already available in the large CRN part of the family are versions with stainless steel connection flanges and pump base. To this Grundfos have recently added the option of large CR FPV range, that also incorporate a stainless steel motor stool.

This now means that this range is suitable for the food industry and any industry in which the pump will need to operate in more corrosive environments.
