GPC employs “n-dimensional space mathematics” to offer a simple data analysis tool able to model any process operating envelope. The system displays a vast array of process variables in a single graph and identifies interactions that enable users to readily identify flaws and hazards within a process, explains Curvaceous.
Curvaceous lists AstraZeneca, BP, Dow Corning, DSM, Huntsman Petrochemical, INEOS Chlor among over 90 major companies applying GPC to enhance efficiency and throughput, and reduce product variability and operating costs.
The company, based in Gerrards Cross, Bucks, has previously gained an IChemE AMEC Award for Innovation and Excellence in an SME and has also been recognised by the Carbon Trust and Institute of Electrical Engineers.
