UK power plant projects awaiting approval

From GMB listing of potential UK power projects awaiting government (Section 36) approval, as of 1 March 2011:
Acorn Power Developments, 1500MW CCGT plant at Thorpe Marsh, Doncaster. Three-year construction project, submitted 25 Feb 10, with peak employment of 600 jobs.
Anglesey Aluminium 300 MW biomass plant in Anglesea, with Biomass BP Power as possible contractor. Submitted Sept 2009, due on stream 2013, peak employment 600 jobs.
Blythe Park Power Ltd Draycott 950 MW CCGT. Submitted Oct 2009 – after approval construction is expected to start within 12/18months.
Brunner Mond 900MW waste-to-energy project at Lostock, Cheshire, submitted Feb 2010.
Dalkia bioEnergy Plc 52MW biomass plant at Pollington. Submitted 16 Dec 2009, with 18-24 months construction phase; contracts not yet awarded. Peak employment put at 200 jobs.
DRAX/Siemens 300 MW Biomass power plant at Immingham. Submitted 16 Oct 2009, peak employment 850 jobs.
DRAX Biomass (Selby) Ltd 29.07.09 Selby 290 MW Biomass three-year construction project, submitted 29 July 2009, peak employment 850 jobs.
E.ON 1200 CCGT extension at Drakelow site, submitted April 2009.
E.ON two 800MW supercritical power plants, with FGD 1600+50MW, at Kingsnorth. ’Black start’; On hold for three years (2016)
E.ON 150 MW biomass plant at Portbury Dock, Bristol. Submitted 28 Aug 2009. Construction planned for 2012.
InterGen 900MW CCGT plant at Stanford le Hope Gateway Energy Centre Ltd; Submitted 26 Feb 2010, peak employment 600 jobs.
MGT Teesside Ltd extension to 295MW power station on Teesside. Submitted 28 Jan 2010, peak employment 600 jobs.
RWE Npower 2000MW CCGT (4x 500MW) Willington. Submitted 9 Dec 2009, three-year construction, peak employment 2000 jobs.
Scottish & Southern Energy multi-fuel 108MW plant at Ferrybridge.Submitted 27 Oct 2009.
Wyre Power (Welsh Power) 850MW CCGT +25MW OCGT at Fleetwood. Submitted 13 Aug 2009, peak employment 650 jobs. Completion scheduled for 2014.
