Airjets keep 2 Sisters unblocked

Flixton, UK – 2 Sisters Food Group, which produces own-label and brands such as Foxs Biscuits and Goodfellas Pizzas, has introduced two Landia AirJets at its Flixton manufacturing site in Suffolk
The exterior-mounted 11 kW units are being used to break down any lumps and dry matter in its wastewater prior to discharge.
The 1500 rpm AirJets employ Landia’s rugged MPTK chopper pumps, which have a specially designed knife system to remain unblocked and trouble-free for 2 Sisters Food Group.
Propeller-free, and capable of oxygen transfer rate of up to around 21 kg O2 per hour, the Landia units have a capacity of up to around 3,800 m³/hour, the supplier said.
