SoftSols has launched a new version of its Agility Computerised Maintenance Management System
Agility 4.1 builds on the introduction of dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in earlier releases.
Complete dashboards can be refreshed by simply changing drop down selection criteria and date ranges.
New chart controls provide graphical analysis of asset costs and work order statistics directly from the asset and equipment screens providing real time analysis of asset performance.
Combined with the new asset depreciation features Agility 4.1 enables well informed decisions to be made about repair or replace strategy and PPM optimisation.
New features have been introduced to allow end users to build their own work order checklists which can be used at various stages in the work order cycle.
Features include:
- Strict password security policies
- New enhanced dashboard, with dynamic application of date ranges / parameters
- Embedded charts in asset detail record
- Asset depreciation
- New web service integration tools
- Checklist functionality – desktop, and Mobile Expert functionality for checklist feedback
- Cross browser compatibility, allowing Agility operation on all major browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera)
- Email transmission history
- Enhanced replenishment report
- New Fault Analysis management report
