ARI-Armaturen, worldwide leaders in the manufacture and supply of high quality process valves, has extended its pressure regulating valve range with new variations of its trusted PREDU pressure reducing and PREDEX excess pressure regulating valves.
The major advantage of both PREDU and PREDEX valves is their compact pillar-less design, which facilitates pressure adjustments, simplifies maintenance and allows installation in confined spaces.
Both ranges are now available in nominal sizes DN15 - DN150 (1” - 6”), PN16 - PN40, ANSI150 and ANSI300.
PREDU is a direct-acting, pressure-reducing valve that regulates a high inlet pressure, up to 16bar, to a smaller downstream pressure while PREDEX is an excess pressure regulating valve used to control the upstream pressure.
These valves are used to regulate the pressure of steam, neutral gases, vapours and liquids in a wide variety of industries with specific applications in laundries, commercial kitchens, the food industry, the timber industry, hospitals, power stations, district heating technology and shipbuilding.
