Loss prevention bulletin
2 Jul 2014

The Loss Prevention Bulletin (LPB) is one of the leading sources of process safety case studies in the industry.
The LSB was first published in 1974 in response to the disastrous explosion at Flixborough.
The Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) wanted to provide a way for the process industries to share information on accidents with the intention that other organisations could learn the same process safety lessons without repeating mistakes.
This is a highly valued publication within the process industries and one that will give you access to vital information spanning over 40 years, including major accidents such as Bhopal, Seveso and Texas City as well as lesser-known accidents and near misses worldwide.
