Water treatment roundtable
2 Jul 2014
Blacoh University has facilitated a roundtable video with industry leaders to discuss key aspects of a project to secure new equipment for a water reservoir and treatment facility.
On location at Las Virgenes Municipal Water District, US, industry experts share their knowledge and experience.
The video offers valuable insights into key aspects of a project to secure new equipment for a water reservoir and treatment facility.
Shortly before its release, Blacoh reached out to distributors and business partners to solicit feedback on the video’s content and format of its roundtable discussion: ‘WaterDistrict Project Insights’.
“Overall, what was most appreciated by reviewers was the insight gained from the conversational interaction of the participants,” said Andrew Yeghnazar, president of Blacoh Fluid Control.
“The pump industry has been around for a very long time. We’ve seen a lot of consolidation in recent years with a growing number of mergers and acquisitions.
“After 30 or 40 years in the business, a whole generation of pump professionals are retiring. The result is a new pool of talent who can benefit from the kind of knowledge that only seasoned professionals can impart.”
With the success of this roundtable video discussing a municipal water district project, Blacoh University has plans for similar projects in the future focusing on other fluid processing applications including chemical, food and pharmaceutical, and upstream oil and gas to name just a few.
