PROFIBUS repeaters

Procentec has released two new PROFIBUS repeaters, available from Hi-Port Control, with copper and fibre optic channels.
The B2FO2 unit provides two copper with two fibre channels: the B4FO2 unit has four copper channels and two fibre channels.
As these repeaters are transparent to PROFIBUS communications any of the available channels may be used as the primary input channel, with all remaining channels available for connection to new segments or individual PROFIBUS devices. Dual power and redundancy options also included.
