Improved performance through spraying

Spraying coils with water can significantly improve the performance of finned heat exchangers, says refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment component manufacturer Güntner.
The company’s HydroSpray system is equipped as a Basic and Professional unit.
The Basic variant is a single-stage system that activates spraying above a defined switching point and sprays all the fan chambers up to 300 h/a.
The Professional variant features Section Cycling, in which the unit is sprayed by section as required. Each fan chamber forms a section; the nozzle for each section is controlled individually by the system.
The HydroSpray system is available for the series GFD (drycooler) and GVD (condenser).
