The CS-iTEC S 120 measurement solution reduces cost of ISO 8573 oil vapour monitoring for compressed air and gases, its distributor Red Dragon Valves says.
The sensor is a complete standalone monitoring solution for oil vapour sensing, measuring down to 0.001mg/m³ in accordance with ISO 8573-1 quality class 1.
CS-iTEC, the company that manufactures the S 120 oil vapour sensor, has updated the product with a touchscreen interface and an integral 100million unit data logger function.
The device is designed to offer simple control through the 5-inch touchscreen display, with graphical readout of oil concentration over time, making it suitable for periodic audits or permanent installation, Red Dragon Valves says.
The S 120 can interface with existing plant systems, using communication options including 4-20mA, SDI, RS485, Modbus/RTU and relay outputs with the USB output for the logged data.
The CS-iTEC range, including the S 120, will be on display at the Birmingham NEC on stand AF250 during the Air-Tech exhibition in April 2016.
