Graco's SaniForce 1040e brings the advantages of an air operated double diaphragm pump (handles abrasives, can run dry, is self-priming and has a seal-less design) to an energy efficient electric pump, says the company.
The pump can also stall without damaging its own mechanism or the production line, meaning the user shouldn’t need to worry about blocked/clogged lines or closed valves.
Graco adds that the SaniForce1040e is also effective in reducing energy costs and noise (due to the electric motor and no pulsations), as well as lowering maintenance costs.
The e-Series pumps are suitable for applications – particularly in the food and cosmetics industries – which require low pulsation and a smooth flow without installing a surge suppressor.
