IS modules for pressure calibration

Fluke has introduced a range of intrinsically-safe (IS) pressure modules for use with its latest pressure calibrator, the handheld 718Ex. This is available for readings up to either 2bar or 7bar.
The ATEX-compliant 700PxxEx series of pressure modules complement the calibrator, extending its pressure range via eight different optional modules.
These include ones for up to 2, 7, 20, 100 and 200bar; differential pressure modules up to 25mbar and 1000mbar (wet); and an absolute pressure module up to 1000mbar.
The intrinsically-safe 718Ex calibrator is also ATEX-compliant and is believed by Fluke to be the smallest self-contained pressure calibrator on the market with a built-in hand pump. Built to withstand tough field and on-site working conditions, it offers accuracies to 0.05% of full span.
The calibrator and new pressure modules extend Fluke's range into the explosion-protected field and are said to offer users all the qualities of rugged reliability and high performance.
