Glaxo Wellcome has upgraded its 60-acre site at Ulverston, Cumbria with Hindle ball valves for fermentation, extraction, chemical conversion and storage flow control.
Glaxo undertook a detailed comparative study when the new Ultra-Seal ball valves were installed. New features include an ISO top mounting flange for ease of actuation and an improved stem giving better performance in high cycle, high vacuum and cryogenic applications.
