ICI completes Huntsman sale

ICI has completed the £1.7billion sale of its titanium dioxide, polyurethanes and bulk petrochemicals divisions to Huntsman (see PE May, page 4). The remaining industrial chemicals businesses are still up for sale, and ICI expects to make announcements on these within the coming months.
