`The longest service life for any valve in its class' is the claim made for ARI Armaturen's new Faba bellows seal valve, available from Trouvay & Cauvin.
Available in cast iron, nodular iron, cast or forged steel, the valve is said to offer superior performance in the handling of gases, steam, hot water, thermal fluids and hot oil in heating and chilling systems at up to 450 degrees C.
Features include double bellows sealing, contoured throttling plug and fine pitch thread for improved control; and combined locking screw and lubrication point.
