No problem with solids in liquids

Goulds Pumps has introduced the CO series, a range of close coupled open impeller end suction pumps. The CO series has been designed for applications where solids feature in the solution.
The range has eight single-phase and nine three-phase units ranging from 0.37kW to 3kW, which cover capacities up to 30m3/h and heads up to 20m.
Goulds says the range is suitable for washing applications in the food industry, washing processes and materials dyeing. All units can be fitted with a range of standard or hard-faced single mechanical seals and dependent on size can handle solids up to 20mm.
Construction is in 316 stainless steel which enables a wide range of chemicals applications.
