The Chemical Industries Association has named James Stephenson, a 25-year-old process engineer at Dow Corning in South Glamorgan, as its Young Person of the Year. Stephenson `demonstrated leadership and communication skills and a keen interest in the UK chemical industry,' the CIA says.
