Pump Engineering's OBL metering pumps range from simple piston metering types to diaphragm models, suitable for aggressive chemical applications.
The process pumps employ an oil-supported diaphragm and an innovative oil filling system with minimal diaphragm movement which together help to ensure accuracy.
OBL pumps can be specified in a range of materials from standard 316 stainless steel to titanium, Hastelloy and PVDF. For the oil and gas industries API 675 type pumps are available.
The worm wheel reduction gearbox is oil-bath lubricated for long life and can be fitted with an actuator for local or remote control or from a PLC.
The smaller pumps in the range, which are designed for low flow rates from 0.1l/h employ double ball valves to ensure accuracy, whilst the larger versions can handle up to 400bar.
