CEL International (formerly Courtaulds Engineering) and Capita Property Services are entering a strategic partnership targeting food, pharmaceutical, chemical and energy industries.
Consistent with the aims of the DTI sponsored ACTIVE Initiative, the deal blends CEL's expertise in process solutions, environmental consultancy and project construction, with Capita's surveying, civil engineering design, project management and feasibility experience.
