Learn as you go with CIA programme

The Chemical Industries Association has become the first UK trade body to launch a lifelong learning programme. Aimed at supporting member companies' recruitment activities, the programme is `an important step forward in the promotion of the chemical industry as a provider of interesting and challenging careers,' says CIA education director Vince Harris.
The programme includes a variety of materials: information on the types of jobs available in the industry; a guide for moving from one role into another; and support for managers.
