Piezoresistive level on the loop

The Proximity division of Dwyer Instruments has recently introduced its loop-powered Series PLT piezoresistive level transmitter for the monitoring and control of levels of water, chemicals, lubricants or paints in vented tanks.
Accurate to +/-0.25 per cent, the two-wire transmitter measures levels by delivering a 4-20mA signal proportional to hydrostatic pressure and specific gravity of the fluid.
Pressure readings are unaffected by temperature from -18 degrees to 93 degreesC, while accessible zero and span make field calibration quick and easy.
