Guidelines on COMAH updated

The Health and Safety Executive has published two guidance documents for the new Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) regulations, which came into force in April. The notes explain how operators should prepare safety reports, the first of which are due by February 2000; and how they should prepare and implement emergency plans.
