AMEC goes East

The infrastructure and process and energy subsidiaries of AMEC have launched a local company in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The company, called Sulamec, will be run jointly with AMEC's local partner, the Sultan International Group. Sulamec, along with a new branch office for AMEC International, will handle design, procurement, project management, commisioning and maintenance for Arabia and Egypt.
