Autotuning for temperature

User-selectable interfaces for a wide range of inputs are a feature of the new GCR temperature controller from IMO Precision Controls. K, J and E thermocouples and Pt-100 resistance thermometers, all capable of operating in either C or F, can be selected. Sampling period is 0.25sec and a full range of alarms is available for process protection, including heater burnout alarms, an 8-function temperature alarm and an optional second 8-function temperature alarm.
