Spiroflow conveys onwards and upwards

Spiroflow's novel continuous blending system, using rotating spiral conveyors, has cut out the need for conventional ribbon or blade type mixers. Several materials can be mixed, conveyed and elevated at the same time by rotating spirals. The material from the first conveyor is delivered into the centre of the stream of material in the second, blending them completely.
The system enables the smooth and consistent feeding of dry solids and ingredients to a process. The system is also totally enclosed for a dust free operation with easy cleaning and control.
Relative rates of spiral rotation for the different conveyors can be precisely defined for different materials. Ratios of rotation can be controlled from one material to the next allowing a quick change from one mix formula to another.
It is also possible to add liquid to the powder or granular components.
