Keystone merges with Tyco

The major worldwide valve manufacturer Keystone International has announced a merger with the Flow Control Group of Tyco International, a diversified manufacturer of industrial products. With annual revenues of around $700million, Keystone joins a group operating in more than 50 countries and with revenues in excess of $6billion.
