With over 100m2 of stand space in Hall 8 (stand L15/19), Sundstrand Fluid Handling is making its presence felt at this year's Achema. The stand features many of the proven Sundstrand products that are distributed in the UK by Kinder-Janes Engineers. These include Sundyne and Sunflo high speed pumps, HMD Seal/Less Pumps and the Falk Corporation.
New products on display include, from Sundyne, the Sundgard GBX high performance mechanical seal, which is now fitted to all Sundyne pumps and compressors using the Sundyne high speed gearbox design. Sectioned models outlining the heavy duty applications of the Sundyne range are on show, along with the Sunflo range of non-API general purpose pumps. The Sundyne API pumps feature a vertical format, giving a very small `footprint' for the arduous hydrocarbon and petrochemical duties they handle.
HMD has a moving display model of its larger magnetic drive seal/less pump, showing the simplicity and innovation of design.
