Infrared analyser copes with upgrades

The Miran SapphiRe series of portable, infrared, gas analysers, from Quantitech, ranges from quantitative single gas monitors to simultaneous five component analysers with onboard data logging. All models are upgradeable to a higher specification without hardware changes.
Standard equipment includes step-by-step guide and onboard data logging with preset reporting packages or optional reporting packages, and a battery that gives six hours operating performance in portable mode.
The company has also launched a Bernath Atomic 3006 portable FID monitor (pictured below) which is said to offer total VOC measurements at concentrations of between 1 and 100 000ppm.
