Elfab, Europe's largest manufacturer of pressure relief bursting discs, is introducing several new devices on stand H35/36 in Hall 10.1.
Composite Armourgraph is a new type of graphite bursting disc designed for low pressure, high temperature applications that require exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals. Burst pressures can be specified as low as 0.03bar, even at working temperatures of up to 300 degreesC. Unlike conventional graphite discs, which are fragile and can be difficult to install, says Elfab, the new product has high mechanical strength and is not torque-sensitive.
Elfab's new Burst-Tel and Flo-Tel sensors can also significantly increase process plant safety, says the company.
