Dewpoint monitor offers economic, unattended use

Described as an ideal quality control tool for natural gas processing, distribution and consumption, Ametek's Western Research Model 241 CE hydrocarbon dewpoint monitor is sensitive enough to detect trace amounts of condensable hydro-carbons, yet strong enough to withstand saturation levels and process fluctuations such as temperature, pressure and flow rate.
Available in the UK from APK Engineers, the Model 241 CE can be installed anywhere along a pipeline, even at remote or hazardous locations, requiring only electrical power and small supply of dry purge gas. The need for cooling gas has been completely eliminated by an air-cooled design.
The unit uses patented chilled-mirror technology. All dewpoint monitoring and measuring is performed automatically under the control of an on-board computer.
