Level switch for corrosives

The Echotel 915W from Magnetrol is a compact, ultrasonic, two-wire level switch, capable of detecting high or low level across a wide range of corrosive media.
All wetted parts are manufactured from Kynar which, in addition to resisting most chemicals and solvents, provides high thermal stability and abrasion resistance.
The switch operates with a standard trip amplifier and, with an output of 8 or 16mA on an industry standard 4-20mA, 24Vdc loop, it can be connected directly into a PLC or DCS.
Protected electronics and a high frequency signal ensure that the switch is unaffected by noise from surrounding equipment such as engines or pumps. A continuous self-test feature checks the electronics, with or without liquid in the sensor.
The 915W switch will operate in temperatures from -40°C to +120°C.
