Acrylonitrile partnership

Dutch firm DSMand Spain's Repsol are to combine their acrylonitrile marketing, sales and trading organisations in a 50/50 joint venture. Headquartered in Sittard, the Netherlands, the new firm will trade under the name Companex, and will handle the output of three acrylonitrile plants with total capacity of 320,000tpa.
