New forms for OFFER and Ofgas

The UK regulatory offices for the gas and electricity industries, Ofgas and OFFER, have combined and adopted a new corporate structure. This will allow them `to respond to questions affecting both gas and electricity on an integrated basis, rather than sector by sector,' says director-general Callum McCarthy.
