GE `hoists the Jolly Roger'

Dow Chemical has accused GE Plastics of a campaign of piracy, after the company hired 14 employees from Dow's automotive and engineering plastics divisions and installed them in identical positions. Dow claims that GE intended to use the employee's knowledge of trade secrets. GE counters that it always advises new staff not to use inside knowledge from previous employers.
