Pump with no seal

Alpeco reveals the new Mouvex C Series hygienic pump, without mechanical seals or packing glands at this year's show. The pump is of rotary design, using an oscillating piston system like the Mouvex A and S series before it.
This principle offers a smooth and constant flow, is self-priming, is efficient over a wide range of viscosities and requires minimum maintenance.
The only elastomer in the pump is the O ring which seals the end plate to the main body and is therefore ideal for chemical and food based applications where elastomers would be attacked.
