New encapsulated blowers get airing
15 Jan 2000
A range of encapsulated blowers, being launched on stand 325 by James Howden, has been designed to overcome the twin problems of process contamination and maintenance associated with running seals.
The EB series handles these problems by placing the drive motor inside the pressure containment, eliminating the need for running seals and avoiding contamination completely.
The motor has been specially developed for operation over a large pressure range, and for each selection the motor and impeller have been designed as an integrated unit.
