Gensym, the supplier of software for intelligent systems, based in Cambridge, Mass, has launched G2 HelpLink on the Internet. Its URL is http://www.gensym-support.com/index.html
Gensym users will be able to inquire about products and review their account information.`With G2 HelpLink our customers are directly plugged into the support process. They can communicate with support engineers to work on their problems,' says Troy Heindel, vice president of support services.
